Umm, Kontaktdakšai ir 220v, divi maiņstrāvas un viena nulle, ja nav nulle, tad dators nav sazemēts, un ļoti iespējams PSU nopludina strāvu uz kasti, no tā arī ro'das tā statiskā skaņa.

"It's actually noise on your AC line caused by a groud-loop in the microphone. I won't go to into detail but I'll say your microphone has either zero or 2 or more paths to the ground it uses which causes that static humm you hear. If it plugs directly into your comp then it is probably your comp / power supply in it that has the grounding issue. Try adding a cheap audio card to your computer. Also make sure the outlet your computer is plugged into is grounded well, if not you can get a surge protector with a manual ground."
