Strength ir ļoti svarīga uzbrukuma prasme. Ja tev ir liels Strength līmenis un labs apbruņojums tu vari iesist ļoti stipri.

Strength ir ļoti vērtīga prasme dodoties Wildernesā vai jebkur kur tu saskarsies ar nelabvēlīgiem pretiniekiem. Parasti PKeriem ir liels Strength līmenis ja viņi ir izvēlējušies cīnīties tuvcīņā pretēji burvjiem un lokšāvējiem. Kad izvēlēsies uzbrukuma stilu (tur kur 2 krustoti zobeni) redzēsi ka var izvēlēties tādu uzbrukumu ar kuru tu varēsi trenēt Strength. Par katru pretinieka ievainojumu ko esi veicis tu, tu saņem 4 pieredzes punktus pie Strength prasmes. Tu vari arī izmantot iespēju, ka Attack, Defense un Strength prasmēm par katru ievainojuma punktu nāk klāt 1.3 pieredzes punkti. Tas nozīmē ka 4 dalīsies uz 3.

RuneScape bruņojums dod arī Bonusu punktus. Lai redzētu cik punktus dod jūsu ierocis jeb bruņas pie str Jums atliek uzspiest uz "Equipment icon" (blakus somai) un pašā apakšā ir "Show equipment stats" Pie "Show equipment stats" ir "other bonuses" un tur ir arī Strength bonusi. Jo tev būs lielāks Strength līmenis un lielāks Strength bonuss, jo tu vairāk varēsi iesist.

Ir arī diezgan daudz citu veidu kā iesist vairāk nēkā parasti:
1. Lietojot spēka dziras,
2. Lietojot alkaholiskos dzērienus,
3. Lietojot vienu no 3 Strength paredzētajiem prayer iespējām.
Bet nesapriecājaties tas nepaliek uz ilgu laiku
