So unplug your headphones and reboot your device. When device will complete booting and be ready to use, plug your headphones. Select your phone profile to Silent (without vibrations). Now you can hear louder music without hissing. It's loopback test so you will hear your voice by headphones microphone. You need to click "Hook Key Test", it's a key on your headphones. Don't do anything more, just slide Exit button to exit. Scroll down to click Back to Main. Then scroll down to click EXIT Click undo button or home button to exit from service menu. Enjoy!

You will have good loud sound until you will unplug headphones or music will stop.
